- Feb 18, 2014 - In Script Manipulator 3.4 i made opportunity to collect all frame data for this. For Grappler Characters IE: Zangief/T.Hawk/Hakan/Hugo - to be added in the new Ultra Street Fighter 4 game coming out sometime this summer.
- T.hawk gets out damaged during footsies to all characters that can 2-in-1 a cancellable low normal into a special (think ryu cr.mk xx Hadoken = 130 damage) It’s current frame data (-2 on block/+1 on hit) combined with its startup of 6 frames practically bars you from hitting a button again at poke ranges knowing you’ll get beat out).
Gilley has come through again by providing frame data for Super Street Fighter 4.
Arma 3 end mission trigger. If you don't have enough meter, do some full-screen LK lariats, they build A. It's 2 frames, and has a lot of reach, about the same as T.hawk's LP. ^I don't think all of those combos were performed on the current build of USF4. I don't have any frame data but basically EVERYBODY'S short attack.
