Plate armor is prohibitively expensive in the early hours of Kingdom Come: Deliverance. Full metal armor suits just weren’t made for commoners, and you’ll have to work long and hard before you’ve got enough coin to purchase or even maintain a suit of plate armor. Unless, of course, you just find it laying around on the map.

Even very early in the game, there’s a certain location you can raid to collect a full set of plate armor and a powerful sword — the armor and weapon are in the St. George set, and they’re meant for end-game players only. If you’re an enterprising explorer, it doesn’t take much to find an empty camp with all this gear. Grabbing it basically makes the early game a breeze — you’ll be destroying everything and nobody can touch you.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance is an action role-playing video game developed by Warhorse Studios and published by Deep Silver for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in 2018. It is set in the medieval Kingdom of Bohemia, an Imperial State of the Holy Roman Empire, with a focus on historically accurate content.

Sure, it’ll cost a lot to get your plate armor repaired, but you can always save this heavy armor for bad situations. The armor doesn’t appear to be a pre-order bonus, or a DLC reward — it may be a bug that the armor appears so early, so grab it fast before it (might) get patched out.

How To Get End-Game Plate Armor Early Location Guide

To get a full set of Plate Armor and a powerful sword (worth about 10,000 coin) early in the game, you’ll need to travel to the town of Neuhof. From town, travel north and then east from the fork in the road until you find an abandoned camp on the left.

There’s an unlocked chest in the camp that contains a full set of St. George Plate Armor and the Sword of St. George.

The chest (and camp) are actually a specific location you’ll later arrive at in the story. During the ‘Epilogue’ quest at the end of the game, you’ll meet an NPC at this camp. That’s when you’re meant to collect this powerful set of armor. But, due to what might be a bug, anyone can arrive at this location, at any point in the game, and find this chest even when it isn’t populated by NPCs. This armor is free for the taking.

Enjoy! It makes the early parts of the game much, much easier.

The Quest, Run!, is the second Main Quest in Kingdom Come: Deliverance.

This quest takes place just outside of Henry's home in Skalitz as you make for the town of Talmberg to warn of an attack.

Once you regain control of Henry, start moving. You don’t want to linger, as one of the Cuman mercenaries is hot on your trail, and even with Sir Radzig’s sword, he’ll cut you to pieces easily.

In fact, any enemy you see at this point should be avoided at all costs - make sure you sprint when you can to keep them at a distance. If you get drawn in to combat (note the clashing swords icon at the top), keep sprinting to break away before they catch you in an attack.

Make your way down the sloping paths, and keep heading South - as the attacking army is on the East side. If you try and double back along the road going North you are likely to get surrounded by incoming attackers. However, if you keep running down and then to the Southeast when possible, you’ll come down onto a road with very little enemies, but a nearby house is under attack… with a waiting horse nearby.

You may recall the girl Theresa you gave the nails too earlier - she’s being accosted in front of the house near the horse. You might not be the hero, and you certainly shouldn’t try and take on three mercenaries by yourself - but you can startle them to buy her time to run away, just make sure you sprint out of there too!

Whistling works both as a distraction and to summon a horse.

Once on horseback, start cantering away to get distance on your pursuers until a cutscene occurs.

Bad news, more enemies - this time on horseback - have injured you and are giving chase. Cara download game ps3 untuk laptop.

Once you regain control, immediately gallop to get a burst of speed and outpace your attackers. If you don’t hustle, they’ll fill you full of arrows before you can get away.

As you cross a small stream into the town of Rovna, hang on the left path as it goes out of town and over another stream. Talmberg lies off to the left along this stream, so hang a left and keep galloping until you’re out of stamina. Be sure to keep an eye on your horse’s stamina (the green bar).

When it gets low, switch from galloping to cantering to regenerate some stamina and take off again. Your attackers aren’t the kind to give up, so try zigzagging along the road to evade arrows until you finally reach Talmberg, where the garrison will scare them off.

Deliverance

After getting your wounds tended to by Sir Robard, you’ll speak to the master of Talmberg, Lord Divish, and tell him about what has befallen your home. Sadly, Lord Divish doesn’t have the means to assist those left in the castle, and is more worried about the safety of his own people. After you rest, you should go find the Captain, Sir Robard.

Head out onto the walkway outside and down into the courtyard and find Sir Robard in the corner. He’ll then lead you to kitchen - as you are in dire need of food and rest. Turns out, running for your life and taking an arrow to the leg can do that to you.

Follow Sir Robard to the kitchen to get a decent meal, and you’ll learn that your lodgings are in the courtyard.

Grab and eat enough food until your Nourishment is around 100 - best to eat the big meals that spoil soon, like the Roast Duck, and hold onto other items like bread and fruit that last a few days.

After filling your Nourishment, it’s time to refill your energy. Head out of the kitchen and cross to the other side to find your bed. If you don’t manage your energy level, tiredness will get the better of you, and you’ll find it hard to keep your eyes open!

For now, you should get a full night’s rest of about 9 hours or so, something to put your energy near 100 without lowering your nourishment too much.

However in this instance, you’ll still be woken up early regardless to speak with Lady Stephanie of Talmberg, and you have the opportunity to tell your story and increase your Speech level. Avoid the gory details (the battle icon) and focus on the regular speech options for a better shot at success.

Soon after, Sir Robard will wake you that someone is coming to Talmberg and you should join the rest of the garrison on the battlements. Once you get up, be sure to grab a torch and equip it in your inventory, then head outside and go around the longhouse you were in to find the path to the main gate.

Just to the left of the gate are stairs you can take up to the battlements. Head around to the South side to find everyone and speak to Sir Robard.

As a cutscene ensues, you’ll find that Sir Radzig managed to escape the castle and flee Sigismund’s army without a fight, but they’ll be marching further to find a place to shore up defenses. In the meantime, he wants you to stay put.

After they leave, Sir Robard will ask you to help keep watch during the downpour, so put your torch to good use and keep an eye out.

Of course, there’s not much to do, and a nearby guard will advise you just stay put and wait it out - courtesy of the Wait action. Set it for 2 hours to wait until morning - around 5am.

Just a few minutes after 5, you’ll hear an alarm sound - follow the moving guards across from the castle to the adjoining wooden ramparts, where the garrison has gathered to watch Sigismund's army.

After a tense standoff, the army will depart, which means Skalitz lies abandoned and full of the dead.

Before you can return to bury your parents, you’ll need permission to leave the castle. Go find Sir Robard down by the Combat Arena. He doesn’t like the idea of you leaving after you were ordered not to, but you can try and convince him to no avail. So what now?

If you try to leave by the main gate you’ll be stopped by the guard Radim. You’ll have a bit better chance of convincing him - but only to a point. He’d be willing to let you pass if you could ensure the guard won’t get in trouble for it, and suggests a disguise. Capital idea!

Kingdom

You can also just… run for it, and jump off the drawbridge next to the castle. However, they’ll call the guards down below to fetch you - which means you’ll either have to sprint like hell, or bribe/persuade anyone who catches you to let you go.

If the guard won’t spill the beans, seek out Lady Stephanie and ask for help, and she’ll also suggest taking some armor - and give you several places to start looking. Be sure to also tell her you may need bribe money, and she’ll hook you up with a lot of groschen (you don’t have to bribe anyone either)!

If you’d rather score the free armor, head back inside to the castle.

There’s some loot in the gatehouse where the drawbridge is like a Talmberg Shield - but the chests here require lockpicks.

Barring that, you can at least score a bow and some arrows if you’d like on the upper floor.

You can also check the towers on both sides of the castle - go up the ladders to where the guards sleep and you should be able to find unlocked chests with a full suit of guard armor. You can double check with Stephanie to make sure your disguise is good enough before departing.

Be sure you also take the time to sell off whatever you pilfered in the kitchen that wasn’t technically stolen - same goes for the gatehouse.

You should also be sure to find your horse in the courtyard stable and take it with you when you leave, it’s a long road back home.

Once you leave, you’ll be free to go where you please, and check out the village below the castle. Here you’ll find a bathhouse - good to get real clean and look respectable. There’s also an inn to sleep in if you aren’t going back to the castle to sleep, and a tanner merchant.

Be sure to check your map for a quest giver on the outskirts of town, Tanner Brada would like help getting pelts on the side and could use your help if you fancy hunting whatever pelts he currently needs.

After that, start racing off towards Skalitz to your next quest.
